For winter outdoor enthusiasts, we offer an opportunity to meet friends and have fun during our Ottawa winters.

We use the trails located behind the Sportsplex on Fridays at 1:00 p.m. (January to March, weather permitting) as long as the trail conditions permit. If you are interested please contact the Front Desk at 613-580-2424 ext 46652.

We have had a significant number come out each week. What a great way to keep fit and enjoy the outdoor environment.

Although there is no charge for this activity, you must be a member of the Nepean Seniors Centre to participate.
