Short Mat Bowling is similar to outdoor bowling, but it is played indoors at the Sportsplex on a 14-meter carpet.

Join us Mondays from 1- 3 PM and Wednesdays from 6:30 – 8:30 PM in Hall F from September to March.

New teams are created for each game, so each member can play with a different person.

Bowling activities are for all levels of play, from Novice to Competitive, and from singles to team play.

Scheduled expert coaching is available free to everyone.

The club has 2 Canadian champions as coaches.
