The game of 66 was first played 300 years ago in Eastern Europe and is still popular there.
66 is a card game for 2 or 4 people, using a Euchre deck of 24 cards. At the 66 Club we play the 4 player version only. Since you are all active card players, learning 66 is an easy transfer of your card skills. Keep in mind, it is A, then 10 high.
The 66 club meets once a week on Monday, at 1 pm, in the Heritage room at the Seniors Centre, and the session usually lasts for about 2 hours. Please come out and learn this fun card game. No experience is necessary.
